LEGRAND罗格朗变压器标识释义说明

二、官方图标标准化释义
1. 基本绝缘隔离变压器 Isolating Transformer（Basic Insulation）
标识特征：无外框双绕组标准标记
技术定义：属于标准安装型隔离变压器，初级与次级绕组采用基础绝缘结构，核心用于电气电压变换、配电系统中性点接地方式改造。该类变压器无绝缘防护冗余，不具备自动防触电能力，现场应用必须配套外置人身防护装置。
执行标准：基础架构遵循 IEC/EN 60076-11（标准安装隔离变压器通用规范），仅用于电压变换、系统中性点接地改造，无内置人员触电防护能力
2. 自耦变压器 Autotransformer
标识特征：单绕组抽头式专属标记
技术定义：初、次级共用一体式绕组结构，绕组之间无电气绝缘隔离，仅依靠电磁耦合实现电压变换，无电气隔离性能。
执行标准：IEC 61558-2-2
3. 控制变压器 Control Transformer
标识特征：菱形外框包裹双绕组结构标记（专属控制类产品标识）
技术定义：初、次级采用基本绝缘结构，专为工业自动化控制回路设计，为接触器、电磁阀、控制模块等低压控制设备提供稳定工作电源，是工业控制系统专用供电变压器。

4. 安全隔离变压器 Safety Transformer（SELV）
标识特征：盾牌防护外框双绕组标记（安全防护专属标识）
技术定义：初、次级采用加强绝缘结构，次级空载电压低于50V，属于SELV安全特低电压设备。可同时实现直接接触与间接接触触电双重防护，为人员接触类低压设备提供安全供电保障。
执行标准：专用安全变压器标准 IEC/EN 61558-2-6，适配所有次级空载电压＜50V 的安全型供电场景
5. 加强绝缘隔离变压器 Isolating Transformer（Reinforced Insulation）
标识特征：无外框、内置加强绝缘标识双绕组标记
技术定义：初、次级采用加强绝缘结构，具备间接接触触电防护能力。该产品仅针对绝缘故障引发的间接触电风险进行防护，不支持直接接触防护，次级输出电压可超过50V，不适用于人体直接接触场景。
执行标准：隔离变压器通用标准 IEC/EN 61558-2-4，采用加强绝缘结构，仅适配间接接触防护工况
6. 医疗场所专用隔离变压器 Medical Location Isolating Transformer
标识特征：医疗场景专属房屋外框+医疗标识标记
技术定义：专为医疗监护区域 IT 不接地隔离供电系统设计，在满足 IEC/EN 61558-2-4 通用隔离要求基础上，额外符合医疗专用规范。具备空载漏电流≤0.5mA、限制浪涌电流、内置静电屏蔽层、温度监测组件等专属配置，最大限度规避医疗场景漏电风险，保障患者及设备供电安全。
执行标准：双重合规IEC/EN 61558-2-4 + IEC/EN 61558-2-15（医疗场所专用变压器强制标准）

Identification of Markings for Legrand Transformers
1. Isolating Transformer (Basic Insulation)
Marking Feature: Double windings without outer frame
Specification: Standard installation isolating transformer with basic insulation structure. It is applied to voltage transformation and neutral earthing system modification. Without inherent electric shock protection, external personal protection devices are mandatory during on-site application.
Standard Compliance: Complies with IEC/EN 60076-11 for standard installation isolating transformers, dedicated to voltage conversion and neutral earthing system adjustment without built-in personal electric shock protection.
Marking Feature: Single winding with tap structure
Specification: No electrical insulation between primary and secondary integrated windings. Voltage transformation is realized only through magnetic coupling without electrical isolation function.
Standard Compliance: IEC 61558-2-2
Marking Feature: Double windings with diamond outer frame
Specification: Equipped with basic insulation between primary and secondary. Specially developed for industrial control circuits, providing stable power supply for contactors, solenoid valves and automatic control components.
Standard Compliance: Primarily compliant with control transformer standardIEC/EN 61558-2-2 covering voltage drop and instantaneous power indicators. For Legrand product range, units with secondary voltage above 50V comply with IEC/EN 61558-2-4, and units with secondary voltage below 50V comply with IEC/EN 61558-2-6.

Specification: Features reinforced insulation structure. The no-load secondary voltage is lower than 50V, complying with SELV system requirements. It provides comprehensive protection against both direct and indirect electric contact.

5. Isolating Transformer (Reinforced Insulation)
Marking Feature: Double windings with reinforced insulation marking, no outer frame
Specification: Adopts reinforced insulation between primary and secondary. It only provides protection against indirect contact, without direct contact protection. The secondary output voltage may exceed 50V, not applicable for direct human contact scenarios.
Standard Compliance: Complies with isolating transformer standard IEC/EN 61558-2-4, providing reinforced insulation and indirect contact protection only.
6. Medical Location Isolating Transformer
Marking Feature: Medical exclusive frame with professional medical mark
Specification: Designed for medical IT ungrounded power supply systems. It meets general isolation requirements of IEC/EN 61558-2-4 and exclusive medical regulations of IEC/EN 61558-2-15, including 0.5mA max no-load earth leakage current, inrush current limitation, electrostatic shield and temperature monitoring components.
