一、关于发货（配送/Delivery）
◆ 除部分特殊商品除外，我司销售的商品默认以顺丰或京东快递/物流发货，安全快速。
◆ 一部の特殊商品を除き、当社販売製品は原則として順豊または京東の宅配便/物流にて安全かつ迅速に発送いたします。
◆ Except for certain special products, our products are generally shipped via SF Express or JD Express/Logistics for safe and fast delivery.
◆ 现货部品一般在5个工作日内发货。
◆ 在庫部品は通常5営業日以内に発送いたします。
◆ In-stock parts are generally shipped within 5 working days.
◆ 根据公司业务流程、业务量实际情况，相当部分部品可在48小时内发货。特殊加急订单可尽可能安排当天发货。
◆ 業務フローおよび業務量に応じ、多くの部品は48時間以内に発送可能です。特急注文については、可能な限り当日発送を手配いたします。
◆ Depending on our business flow and actual order volume, many parts can be shipped within 48 hours. For urgent orders, we will arrange same-day shipping whenever possible.
◆ 鉴于目前江浙沪地区一般可做到2日内送达，如非特别紧急，周五发货建议推迟至周一发货，以免周末无人收货。江浙沪以外地区周五正常发货。
◆ 江蘇・浙江・上海地域については通常2日以内に配送可能なため、特に緊急でない場合は金曜日の発送を月曜日に延期することを推奨します。これは週末に受取人不在となることを避けるためです。その他地域については金曜日も通常どおり発送いたします。
◆ As deliveries in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai areas are generally completed within 2 days, we recommend postponing Friday shipments to Monday unless urgent, to avoid failed delivery over the weekend. For areas outside Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, Friday shipments proceed as usual.
◆ 我司会在发货后通过官方邮箱【sales@gaossi.com】或官方微信通知快递单号信息、跟踪订单直至快递送达。
◆ 発送後、当社は公式メール【sales@gaossi.com】または公式WeChatにて追跡番号を通知し、配送完了までフォローいたします。
◆ After shipment, we will provide tracking numbers via our official email 【sales@gaossi.com】 or official WeChat, and follow up until delivery is completed.
二、关于货期（納期/Lead Time）
◆ 我司销售的产品一般均有库存现货（货期超过5日的部品，一般不报“现货”）。
◆ 当社販売製品は基本的に在庫があり、納期が5日を超える部品については「在庫有り」とは表示いたしません。
◆ Our products are generally in stock. Items with a lead time of more than 5 days are not listed as “in-stock.”
◆ 部分产品需要临时进口时，其货期一般在2~8个星期（视进口国家而不同，国际快递一般日本14日内，韩国14日内）。
◆ 一部製品は都度輸入が必要であり、その納期は通常2～8週間です（輸入国により異なり、日本・韓国からの国際便は通常14日以内）。
◆ Some products require temporary import, with a lead time of typically 2–8 weeks depending on the country of origin (usually within 14 days from Japan or Korea by international courier).
◆ 特殊时期或特殊商品的订货可能需要12个月甚至更长时间，请在下单前咨询我司。
◆ 特殊な時期や特殊な製品の注文は12か月以上かかる場合がございます。ご注文前に必ず当社へご確認ください。
◆ For special periods or special products, the lead time may extend to 12 months or longer. Please confirm with us before placing an order.
◆ 另外，不可抗力如自然现象，如地震、台风、战争、疫情等突发情况发生时，供应链货期视具体情况而定。
◆ また、地震・台風・戦争・感染症流行などの不可抗力が発生した場合、サプライチェーンの納期は状況に応じて変更されます。
◆ In addition, in cases of force majeure such as earthquakes, typhoons, wars, or pandemics, lead times will depend on the specific circumstances.
三、关于包装（梱包/Packaging）
本司发货的商品会采用一般标准包装、或符合行业或国家的标准包装，确保货物安全送到客户。
当社出荷製品は一般標準包装、または業界基準・国家基準に準じた包装を採用し、製品が安全にお客様へ届くようにしております。
Our shipments are packaged in general standard packaging, or in packaging compliant with industry or national standards, to ensure safe delivery to customers.
