As a general VAT taxpayer enterprise, GAOSSI® provides official VAT invoices (electronic special VAT invoices, electronic ordinary VAT invoices), commercial documents, and professional after-sales services for all products sold.

高思向您保证所售商品均为原厂正品。
当社が販売する製品はすべてメーカー正規品であることを保証いたします。
GAOSSI guarantees that all products sold are genuine and sourced directly from the original manufacturer.
• 高效配送(効率的な配送/Efficient Delivery)
除部分特殊商品外,高思销售的商品默认以顺丰或京东快递/物流发货,安全快速。
一部の特殊製品を除き、当社販売製品は原則として順豊または京東の宅配/物流を用いて、安全かつ迅速に配送いたします。
Except for certain special products, GAOSSI ships products by default via SF Express or JD Logistics, ensuring safe and fast delivery.
• 无忧退换(安心の返品・交換/Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges)
客户自收到商品之日起7日内(含7日),在保证商品与包装完好的前提下,支持产品质量问题的退货或换货。(部分商品除外,详情参考具体报价或相关规定)
お客様は商品受領日から7日以内(7日を含む)、製品および梱包の完好を条件として、品質問題がある場合返品または交換が可能です。(一部商品を除く。詳細は見積もりや関連規定をご参照ください)
Within 7 days (inclusive) from receipt, customers may return or exchange products with quality issues, provided that both the product and packaging remain intact. (Some products excluded, see quotation or related policy for details.)

我司对所销售的产品,按生产厂家所承诺保修条件执行。总体来看,目前各FA厂商对其品牌产品承诺保修12个月。
当社が販売する製品は、メーカーが定めた保証条件に従って対応いたします。一般的に、各FAメーカーは自社製品に12か月の保証を提供しています。
Products sold by GAOSSI are covered under the warranty terms provided by the manufacturer. In general, most FA manufacturers offer a 12-month warranty on their branded products.

当您遇到退换货、退款、发票、维修、索赔、少配件等以上问题时,可以申请售后。
返品・交換、返金、発票、修理、クレーム、不足部品などの問題が発生した場合、アフターサービスを申請できます。
You may request after-sale service in cases such as returns, exchanges, refunds, invoice issues, repairs, claims, or missing parts.
• 申请售后时要提供哪些凭据?(アフターサービス申請時に必要な証憑/What Documents Are Required for After-Sale Service?)
对于退换货,您需要提供发票、送货单、验收单、提货单、快递面单、保修卡、产品说明书等产品资料或凭证。
返品・交換には、発票、納品書、検収書、引取書、宅配伝票、保証書、製品マニュアルなどの資料や証憑が必要です。
For returns or exchanges, you need to provide documents such as invoices, delivery notes, acceptance reports, pickup slips, courier waybills, warranty cards, or product manuals.
